Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do you refund VAT?
    Our products and services are provided within the UK and are therefore liable to value added tax (VAT), charged at the time of booking at the prevailing rate. The onus on processing VAT refunds, where eligible, is on the person making the booking.
  • Are there any extra hidden costs e.g. service charges?
    The price shown is the price to be paid. We would only charge for any other extras ordered that not listed within the package details offered, such as car parking, bespoke bar, champagne reception. You will be notified of the costs of any extras at the time of your request.
  • How will I receive my hospitality package?
    Delivery within the UK will be made via Royal Mail special delivery and will require a signature upon delivery. It is difficult to duplicate event tickets and we cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or cost arising by non-delivery.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We offer several methods of payments, all transactions are securely encrypted. Payments can be made either via bank transfer or our secure online portal, Trust Payments. We accept all major debit and credit cards. Please note, we do not add a surcharge when paying by credit card.
  • Can I alter my booking at a later date?
    Subject to our terms and conditions and availability, your booking can be altered. We will always do our best to accommodate changes.
  • When will I receive my hospitality package for the event?
    We generally send out packages approximately one to two weeks before the start of an event. In some cases tickets will be delivered as close as the day before the event, hand delivered to your house or hotel.
